ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Ann Skelcher

WHERE I COME FROM
After 40+ years of living on the Coast, this is my home; this is where I come from. This is where I live, where we raised our children and grow our garden. This is where I worked most all of my career. I wouldn't have it any other way.
.
MY CAREER
As I enter this campaign and if elected as School Trustee, I bring 41 years of experience as a teacher, principal, vice-principal, district leader, and consultant. More importantly though, I bring the inspiration of countless students, families, teachers and other colleagues. I bring the learning that each and everyone of them gave me; the joy of watching them find their fulfilled place in the world, the sadness at watching them struggle hard, and the sorrow of losing some along the way. Always was the quest to use our collective knowledge at the time to do what was as right as we could get it.
My greatest learning along the way is that when we join together as a team in pursuit of what is best, the successes and fulfillment were greatest for all.
